Dalí is one of the most well known artist of surrealism from Spain. This museum, that he himself created, contains some of his most important pieces of art, creating a dreamlike and strange atmosfere in which the visitor can expand its creativity and imagination

Surrealism was an European artistic trend during the decades of the 20s and 30s of the last century. Although this museum contains just art works from Dalí, he was inspired by other european artists, and he influenced other european artists.

Located in Figueres, in Catalonia, accessible by public transport, private car and by foot. Technical staff and the possibility to take a guided tour. As it’s located into the ruins of an ancient theatre, some of the rooms are not adapted for disabled. Languages are Catalan and Spanish, though some tours may be on other languages.
