The Retro world of the 70’s in Szentendre. A time travel into the 70’s and 80’s with 30 cars, with motorcycles and bikes from the Eastern block. They have all kinds of setup from that time. The museum presents a hall with typical toys, another with household appliances, television-sets, tape recorders, radios and walls are covered with LPs from the 70s.

Cross-cultural dimensions
The visitors can explore the “theme” of 70’s and 80’s, they can get a glimpse of how people in the eastern block lived. They can have a look at the everyday life of the average people. The Hungarian cultural traits are strongly displayed.

Location is the suburbs of town Szentendre, about 20 km far from Budapest. Accessible by bus or suburban railway and local bus. Available in English, high safety standards.
