The Teide National Park was awarded with the European Diploma by the Council of Europe and forms part of the Natura 2000 Network Sites.

The Teide national park is situated in the Canary Island of Tenerife. To arrive there from Tenerife there is the bus, or by bus. There are some routes adapted for the disabled, and there is staff. Languages vary depending on the tour, but normally they include Spanish, English and German.
