History and teachings
The museum contains exhibitions that shows and teachs the historical and cultural development of the territory of Albacete, from the prehistoric times to the XXth century. Also, there are temporal exhibitions.

Cross-cultural dimensions
Though the exhibitions contains the history of the province of Albacete, it explains the different periods, that are quite related to other european countries. For example, there are rooms about the history of the Roman era, which happened in a big part of Europe, so the learnings can be extrapolated
