History and teachings
The festival Little Paris of Athens was created by Athens Cultural Network. The purpose of this Network is to collect organize and invest in cultural promotion of young artists in alternative cultural institutions in order to point out the artistic magnitude of Greece, the empowerment of the cultural map as for the festivals and as a ressult the cultural tourism, the support of cultural and social values and the development of the cultural diplomacy aiming to the creation of an international cultural network.

Cross-cultural dimensions
Athens Cultural Network strives for the creation of one international cultural network that young artists from all the Europe will have the opportunity to create and promote their art. They try to create projects of european cooperation between galleries and festival and they promoty cultural diplomacy relationships between the nations.
